Educational Workshops

Help residents learn to keep their own trees alive

Recurring

Short, practical sessions on tree care and water-wise landscaping, held at a chapter's HOA clubhouse or similar community space. Volunteers help present, set up materials, and answer questions.

What to expect

60–90 minute sessions on a single topic (e.g. drip irrigation setup, proper mulching, pruning young trees)
Presenter is usually a Programs & Education Committee member or an experienced volunteer
Volunteers help with registration, materials setup, and photography
Handout materials pulled from the Learning Center are provided to attendees

Who it’s for

Volunteers comfortable speaking with residents one-on-one, or anyone willing to help with setup and logistics behind the scenes.
