Start a Chapter in Your Neighborhood

Any HOA or resident group in Southern Nevada can start a chapter. LVAS provides the 501(c)(3) legal umbrella, fundraising tools, tree-sourcing relationships, and a website presence — your neighborhood provides the leadership and the labor.

1. 1Reach out to LVAS with 3+ interested residents
2. 2Complete a neighborhood landscape assessment
3. 3Present the beautification proposal to your HOA
4. 4Sign an annual chapter partnership agreement
5. 5Launch with a founding tree-planting event
