Yes, LVAS has filed for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization status.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes, donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
How is Las Vegas Country Club Estates Arbor Society related to LVAS?
LVCCEAS is the founding chapter of LVAS, operating under the LVAS nonprofit umbrella. It is not a separate legal entity.

Where do donations actually go?
Tree stock, irrigation setup and maintenance, volunteer event costs, and chapter support. Chapter-specific gifts are earmarked to that chapter unless otherwise designated.
What if a tree I sponsor dies?
LVAS chapters replace trees that fail within their establishment warranty period (species-dependent, typically 1–2 years) at no additional cost to the sponsor.
How do I get involved without donating money?
Volunteer, join a chapter's board, become a Community Ambassador, or help with the Youth Leadership Program.
